Gift certificates - Gift certificates may be purchased by calling the box office at 503-922-0532.

Group Rates - Groups of 10 or more receive a 10% discount when paid for in advance.  No refunds or exchanges may be made for group purchases.

Late Seating - Due to the configuration of the theater and in consideration of all patrons, there is no late seating.

Pictures - Photography and recording devices are strictly prohibited in the theater.

Privacy - Public House Theatre Company is committed to protecting your privacy.  When you use our site and/or place a ticket order with us, your personal information and credit card information are safe.  Public House Theatre Company never stores your credit card information once the transaction is complete.   We never sell, trade or rent your personal information.  When you make a purchase, you may opt out our mailing list.

Refunds - Tickets are non-refundable.  With at least 24 hours notice, single tickets and season tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production (subject to availability).

Seating - Seating is general admission. The box office opens 1 hour before curtain and the house opens 1/2 hour before curtain.  CoHo Theater is wheelchair accessible. Because wheelchair seating is subject to availability, reservations are recommended.

Shipping - Purchased tickets are held at will call and may be claimed 1 hour prior to performance. 

Inclement Weather - Public House Theatre Company maintains a firm policy of not canceling performances due to inclement weather. In the event that travel proves impossible at performance time, ticket holders may call and reschedule their performance the following day with the box office. At that time, we will then make alternate arrangements, excluding refunds. However, we cannot guarantee that seats for an alternate performance will be available.
